This is interesting, though it’s best to work on one thing at a time. Sleep and Relaxation can go together, but I teach my Hypnotherapy Students that it’s best not to mix too many challenges up, because it is not as effective.

There are many people out there who learn how to hypnotize someone then only offer them hypnotic suggestions. While suggestions can be effective, they are more effective when combined with interactive hypnotherapy, because then you are tapping into the subconscious mind of the client and you can get a better idea of what the root cause of the problem is. After discovering the root cause, the suggestions that follow are more targeted and provide additional impact for the client.
